Delivery
If you live locally (Wick, Thurso and surrounding areas, a collection point/free delivery can be arranged.  For all other orders, Standard Delivery (Royal Mail) is charged at £3.95.

​Returns
If you’re order isn’t quite right – for whatever reason – don’t worry – we’ve got a “no hassle” returns policy.  We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. You can return items up to 30 days from the day of purchase or day your order is delivered.  Simply email info@coastlinefashion.co.uk to arrange. Please note, all returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. 

​Faulty or Incorrect Items
If there is any problem with your order please contact info@coastlinefashion.co.uk.

Faulty products, under the Consumer Rights Act, qualify for an automatic refund when returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.  Please include your item description and size. It's also useful to include the date of purchase, and a brief description of the damage or defect.  Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.
