Delivery
If you live locally (Wick, Thurso and surrounding areas), a free collection can be arranged. For all other orders, Standard Delivery (Royal Mail) is charged at £3.10.

Collection
Orders to be collected should be picked up within 3 working days from the address provided.
Returns
If you’re order isn’t quite right – for whatever reason – don’t worry. We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. Simply email info@coastlinefashion.co.uk or message us on facebook or instagram to arrange. Please note, all returned items must be unworn and have tags attached and refund postage will be at your own expense.
Full price items - can be returned up to 30 days from the day of purchase/delivery.
Sale items - exchange only.
Faulty items - Faulty products, under the Consumer Rights Act, qualify for an automatic refund when returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. Please include your item description and size. It's also useful to include the date of purchase, and a brief description of the damage or defect. Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.
